Fujian is home to many great teas like Tie Guan Yin, Da Hong Pao and other Wu Yi Rock teas. Let's not forget that incredibly balanced and expertly processed Black teas are also produced in Fujian! Perhaps the most popular area for production is Wu Yi mountains (also home to Da Hong Pao) where such teas as Tong Mu Guan Jin Jun Mei, Tou Mao Jin Jun Mei and Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong (Lapsang Souchong) are produced. The smoky version of Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong was an accident in the processing due to poor weather, but became so popular with westerners that to this very day most people associate smokiness with Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong (Lapsang Souchong).
