At Yunnan Sourcing, we strive for total satisfaction with every tea and teaware purchase; if you are not completely happy, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on tea packages that have been opened or sampled.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the names of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unopened tea or teaware in its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged during the transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package via a trackable shipping service to the address provided by our support team; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
